Ipoh City Watch or popularly known as ICW established in 2002, is a non political, public interest organisation that represents the diverse views and aspirations of all sectors of the residents of Ipoh.
As this organization consist of volunteers, our resources are limited but however we will to the best of our ability raise all legitimate and genuine concerns of residents of Ipoh in order to promote a better Ipoh for its residents.
